“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Georgina Marie Eason (IP No. 9688) and Michael Colin John Sanders (IP No. 8698) both of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they may act jointly or severally."
