NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

A physical meeting of Interplan Limited’s creditors has been summoned by the director of the Company in accordance with section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. The meeting will be held at Regus, Windmill Hill Business Park, Whitehill Way, Swindon SN5 6QR on 14 February 2018 at 12.00pm.

The purpose of the physical meeting is to:

- Seek agreement from the creditors on the appointment of a liquidator.

- Invite creditors to appoint a creditors’ committee and if no committee is appointed;

- The attendees of the physical meeting may also receive information about, and be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting.

A completed proof of debt form must be lodged with Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH no later than 4.00pm on 13 February 2018 to entitle a creditor to vote at the meeting.

Alex Dunton of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH, being a person qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the Company, will furnish creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonable require during the period prior to on 14 February 2018.
