NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that Martin P Halligan was appointed Liquidator of the above named company by a Meeting of Creditors on 1 November 2018.

The Liquidator does not propose to summon a general meeting of the company’s creditors and contributories for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee under section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A general meeting of the company’s creditors and contributories shall be summoned if such a meeting is requested by one of the company's creditors with the concurrence of not less than one-quarter, in value, of the creditors (including the creditor making the request).
