RESOLUTIONS PASSED 12 OCTOBER 2017

At a General Meeting of the shareholders of the above named company, duly convened and held at 1 Watermeadow Close, Ormesby, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR29 3NF on Thursday, 12 October 2017 the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Mr Andrew John Turner, FCCA, of Lovewell Blake LLP, Excelsior House, 9 Quay View Business Park, Barnards Way, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR32 2HD be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.
