Notice is hereby given that Anthony Davidson (IP No. 11730) and Andrew McTear (IP No. 007242) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, 26 Bedford Square, London WC1B 3HP were appointed Joint Liquidators of International Study Programmes Limited by the Secretary of State on 5 November 2020.

All creditors of the above named company are required on or before 9 December 2020 to send in their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims to the liquidators and if so required by notice in writing by the said liquidators personally, or their solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
