NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 12 December 2019 at 10.45 am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to 257B Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 3PS by 12 noon on the business day before the day of the meeting.
