Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 1 November 2017 as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Frank Wessely (IP No. 007788) and Nicholas Simmonds (IP No. 9570) both of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NS be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.”
