"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Zalkin (IP No. 18612) and David Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
