Notice is given by Gary Pettit and Gavin Bates that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Company at a physical meeting to be held at PBC, 9/10 Scirocco Close, Moulton Park, Northampton, NN3 6AP on 27 February 2018 at 2.00p.m. The purpose of the physical meeting is to form a committee, and seek creditors views on the choice of liquidator.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the meeting and vote either personally or by proxy, and must also have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at PBC Business Recovery & Insolvency Ltd, 9-10 Scirocco Close, Moulton Park, Northampton, NN3 6AP by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting.

Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
