At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened, and held at the offices of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU on 7 March 2019 the subjoined Special Resolution was passed, viz:

RESOLUTION

THAT it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that it is advisable to wind-up the Company and, accordingly, the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Sarah Megan Rayment (IP Number: 9162) and Mark James Shaw (IP Number: 8893), Authorised Insolvency Practitioners, of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU, are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and are to act jointly and severally.
