At a General Meeting of the Member of the above named Company, duly convened and held at the offices of PCR (London) LLP, The Joiner's Shop, Chatham Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent ME4 4TZ on 8 November 2017 the following resolutions were passed by the Member as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Phillips (IP No. 9320) and Stratford Hamilton (IP No. 12212) both of PCR (London) LLP, The Joiners Shop, Chatham Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent ME4 4TZ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
