At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at The Old Hall Cottage, 93 Back Street, Garboldisham, Diss, IP22 2SD on 28 January 2022 at 3.00 pm the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hayley Watson (IP No. 23450) and Andrew McTear (IP No. 007242) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich, NR1 2RE be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
