NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Joint Liquidators of the above-named Companies intend to make distributions to creditors. Those claiming to be creditors of the Companies are requested to send their names and addresses and full details of their claims to the Joint Liquidators at Ernst & Young LLP, 1 Bridgewater Place, Water Lane, Leeds, LS11 5QR on or before 31 January 2022. Creditors must also, if requested by the Joint Liquidators, provide such further information or documentary evidence to support their claims as the Joint Liquidators consider necessary.

The intended distributions are final distributions and may be made without regard to any claims not proved by 31 January 2022. Creditors who have not proved their debts by that date, or who increase the claim in their proof after that date, will not be entitled to disturb the intended final distributions.
