"That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and "that Nigel Price (IP No 8778) and Matthew Douglas Hardy (IP No 9160) of Poppleton & Appleby, The Silverworks, 67 - 71 Northwood Street, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, West Midlands, B3 1TX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
