Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency Rules (England and Wales) 2016 (as amended), that the Administrator intends to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the administration estate within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not yet done so must prove their debts by sending their full names and addresses, particulars of their debts or claims, and the name and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the Administrator at ELS Advisory Limited, 31 Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton, Leeds, LS7 3PD by no later than 6 November 2020.

If, according to the accounting records or statement of affairs of the Company, the Administrator believes the amount of debt owed to you is less than 1,000, the Administrator will treat the debt as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend unless you advise the Administrator that the amount of the debt is incorrect or that no debt is owed.

If the amount of the debt is incorrect or if no debt is owed then you must notify the Administrator by the last date for proving. If the amount of debt is incorrectly stated you must also submit a proof of debt before the last date for proving in order to receive a dividend.
