Notice is hereby provided to creditors that the Administrator's Proposals have been produced and that the Administrator ('officeholder') is seeking a decision upon them by way of deemed consent. Notice is also given that the officeholder is seeking a decision upon his remuneration by the Company's creditors by way of Correspondence.

The Proposals will be deemed accepted if no objection is received by form no later than 23.59 pm on 11 May 2020.

A proof of debt form, if not previously lodged, should be delivered to the officeholder together with a voting form no later than 23.59 pm on 11 May 2020 in respect of the vote by correspondence on Administrator's remuneration.
