Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 10 February 2016, as special resolutions and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and the Liquidator be and is hereby empowered to distribute the assets of the company in specie and that Kevin Goldfarb,(IP No. 8858) of Griffins, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LG be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
