At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of FRP Advisory LLP, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU on 31 March 2017 at 11.00 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sarah Cook and Miles Needham, both of FRP Advisory LLP, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3RD, (IP Nos. 18750 and 14372), be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.” At a subsequent meeting of creditors, duly convened pursuant to section 98 to the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on the same day, the appointment of Sarah Cook and Miles Needham was confirmed.
