Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented in Glasgow Sheriff Court by Kevin John McManus, 8 Deaconsbank Crescent, Thistlebank, Glasgow, Scotland G46 7UR and Louise Tominey and Robert Tominey, 2 Nether Kirkton Way, Neilston G78 3PZ on 19 September 2019 craving the Court inter alia to order that Insulation Services (Barrhead) Limited (Company Number SC096774), having its registered office at 11 Woodside Crescent, Charing Cross, Glasgow G3 7UW be wound up by the Court and to appoint Interim Liquidators; and in the meantime, to appoint Stuart Robb, Insolvency Practitioner and Michelle Elliot, Insolvency Practitioner of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, Fourth Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 19 September 2019 appointed the said Stuart Robb and Michelle Elliot as Joint Provisional Liquidators with the powers contained Parts 1 to 3 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act and ordered any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
