Notice is hereby given that Jason Dean Greenhalgh (IP No. 009271) and Paul Stanley (IP No. 008123) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, No 1 Old Hall Street, Liverpool, L3 9HF were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 26 February 2020. by resolutions of the members and decisions of the creditors.

Notice is also hereby given that the creditors of the Company are required, on or before the 8 April 2020 to send their full names and addresses, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors, (if any) to the joint liquidators and if so required by notice in writing from them, are personally or by their solicitors to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
