A Petition to wind up the above named Company Insite Construction Limited of 42B Richmond Road, Kingston Upon Thames, England KT2 5EE (Registered Office) presented on 7 August 2017 by MERRIGAN ARCHDALE, of 25 Wynnstay Gardens, London W8 6UR (Registered Office) claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Companies Court, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Monday 25 September 2017 at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned by 1600 hours on Friday 22 September 2017.
