Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Innovative Utilities Contracting (UK) Ltd a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (No. SC486668) and having its registered office at IAIS Level 1, 211 Dumbarton Road, Glasgow G11 6AA ("the Company") for an order to wind up the company in terms of which Petition the Sheriff, by Interlocutor dated 30 June 2017, appoints any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
