A Petition to wind up the above Company Care of Renshaw Limited, Grosvenor House, 45 The Downs, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 2QG was presented on 20 April 2018 by AVNET EMG LIMITED whose registered office situate at Avnet House, Rutherford Close, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 2EF claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Court's of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 6 June 2018 at 11:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16:00 hours on 5 June 2018.
