A Petition to wind-up th eabove-named Company of 21 Hylton Street, Birmingham B18 6HJ presented on 12 December 2019 by Vjuice Limited (In Administration) of Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, B94 5SG claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Birmingham at Birmingham Civil and Family Justice Centre, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS on 21 February 2020 at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16.00 hours on 20 February 2020.
