"That Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Michael Davis (IP No. 7805) and Michael Colin John Sanders (IP No. 8698) and Georgina Marie Eason (IP No. 9688) of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, 6th Floor, 2 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
