"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mike Kienlen (IP No. 9367) and Rob Adamson (IP No. 9380) both of Armstrong Watson LLP, Third Floor, 10 South Parade, Leeds, LS1 5QS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
