At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at: Curtis House, Manor Road, Frome, Somerset, BA11 4BH on 3 July 2017 at 10.30 am the following Resolutions were duly passed, number 1 as a Special Resolution and number 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that:

2. Lisa Alford and Chris Parkman of Purnells, 5a Kenrick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Near Falmouth, Cornwall, TR10 9EP be and are hereby nominated Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up.
