At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 116 Pall Mall, St. James's, London, SW1Y 5ED on 25 September 2019 at 2.00 pm, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hayley Watson (IP No. 23450) and Anthony Davidson (IP No. 11730) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
