I, Jonathan Mark Taylor (IP No. 10570) of T H Financial Recovery, Suites 101 & 102, Empire Way Business Park, Liverpool Road, Burnley, BB12 6HH give notice that I was appointed liquidator of the above named company on 20 December 2017.

Notice is hereby given, that a first dividend was issued on 14 September 2018. Any creditor that did not receive notification should contact this office within the next two months to receive an equalisation dividend.

Creditors should prove their debts by sending to the undersigned Jonathan Mark Taylor of T H Financial Recovery, Suites 101 & 102, Empire Way Business Park, Liverpool Road, Burnley, BB12 6HH, the liquidator of the company written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the company and if requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt was proved. The deadline for submission of claims to partake in the equalistion dividend is 9 October 2019. An equalisation dividend will be declared within 2 months of the last date for proving.
