At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly Convened and held at 67 Grosvenor Street, London, W1K 3JN on 31 August 2021 the following resolutions were passed by the Members as a Special resolution and an Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Grahame Tailby (IP No. 9115) and Craig Ridgley (IP No. 23232) both of Voscap Limited, 67 Grosvenor Street, Mayfair, London, W1K 3JN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
