Notice is hereby given that on 6 April 2020 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Inhouse Manager Limited for an order to wind up Inhouse Manager Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 4 Steuart Road, Bridge of Allan, Stirling FK9 4JY ("the Company"); in which Petition Lord Doherty by Interlocutor dated 6 April 2020 appointed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers with the Clerk at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh, within 8 days after intimation or advertisement; and appointed Donald McNaught, Insolvency Practitioner, Johnston Carmichael, 227 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2ND, to be provisional liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in sections 167 and 169 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and in paragraph 6 of Part III of Schedule 4 to the 1986 Act; all of which notice is hereby given.
