At a general meeting of the above named Company held at Medicxi, 25 Great Pulteney Street, London W1F 9LT on 6 July 2021 at 10.00 am the following Resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution: "That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Hopkirk (IP No. 21150) and Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
