Notice is hereby given that on 16 January 2020 a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Inglis Cooling Services Limited, craving the court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that Inglis Cooling Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number SC409882) and having its registered office at Unit 3 Colliery Court, Mcsence Business Park, Mayfield EH22 5TA be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator by appointed, in which Petition Sheriff Holligan, by Interlocutor dated 16 January 2020, meantime appointed Matthew Purdon Henderson, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnston Carmichael LLP, 7-11 Melville Street, Edinburgh EH3 7PE to be provisional liquidator of the said company with all the usual powers necessary for the preservation of the assets of the company and in particular the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 until the appointment of an interim liquidator or the petition is dismissed, and ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement.
