Notice is hereby given that the following written resolutions were passed by the members of the Company on 26 February 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Graham Randall (IP No. 9051) and David Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
