At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at:- 29 Friars Gardens, Hughenden Valley, High Wycombe, HP14 4LT on 04 July 2018 the following Resolutions were duly passed, number 1 as a Special Resolution and number 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:-

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that:-

be and are hereby nominated Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up.
