Notice is hereby given that on 1 August 2017, a petition was presented to Dundee Sheriff Court craving the Court inter alia to order that Influx Recruitment Limited of Cairnfield 14 School Road, Balmullo, St. Andrews, Fife, KY16 0BD (registered office) (company registration number SC409949) (which name was changed from Influx Innovative Services Limited by special resolution on 27 July 2016) be wound up by the Court and that Ishbel Janice MacNeil, Insolvency Practitioner of WRI Associates Limited 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, Strathclyde, Scotland, G2 2LB be appointed as provisional and Interim Liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 4 August 2017 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee Sheriff Court, 6 West Bell Street, Dundee, DD1 9AD within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed the said Ishbel Janice MacNeil to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the powers contained in Part II and Part III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
