Pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 13 of the Companies Act 2006, on 19 July 2021, the directors of the Company propose that the following resolutions be passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo (IP No. 008368) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Second Floor, Excel House, Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL and Ian James Royle (IP No. 18934) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Redheugh House, Teesdale South, Thornaby Place, Stockton on Tees, TS17 6SG be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and that any power conferred on them by law or by this resolution, may be exercised and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by them, may be done them jointly or by each of them alone.”
