We, William Thomson Mercer Cleghorn and Emma Sarah Louise Porter , 21 York Place, Edinburgh, EH1 3EN, hereby give notice that we were appointed Joint Liquidators of Indygo Furniture Ltd, following an Order of the Court dated 12 January 2016. The date of the appointment of the Interim Liquidator was 17 November 2016.

Any Creditors, who have not yet lodged claims in the Liquidation, are invited to now do so. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of commencement of the Liquidation is 20 October 2016.
