NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held on 21 October 2020 at 11.00 am for the purpose of To consider the following resolutions:

1. That a liquidation committee be established pursuant to section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

2. That the Liquidator be remunerated by reference to the time properly given by him and his staff (calculated at the prevailing hourly rate) in attending to matters arising in the liquidation as set out in the fees estimate.

3. That the Liquidator be authorised to draw disbursements for services provided by his firm, in accordance with his firm’s charging policy, details of which accompanied the information delivered to the creditors.
