At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Foxley Kingham, Prospero House, 46-48 Rothesay Road, Luton, LU1 1QZ, on 19 June 2019, at 3.30 pm the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Linda Farish (IP No. 9054) and Chris Ferguson (IP No. 22890) both of RMT, Gosforth Park Avenue, Newcastle, NE12 8EG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”
