NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Graham Stuart Wolloff of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, Brightfield Business Hub, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6XU, and Gary Paul Shankland of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR, were appointed joint liquidators of the above company by members and creditors on 7 December 2021.
