At a general meeting of the Member of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH on 20 October 2021, the following resolutions were passed by the Member: 1 as a Special resolution and 2 as an Ordinary resolution.

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Lloyd Edward Hinton of Insolve Plus Ltd, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH, be appointed Liquidator of the Company"
