A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Westwood House, Annie Med Lane, South Cave, East Yorkshire HU15 2HG presented on the 3 November 2020 by RCTI COMPANY SRL whose Registered Office is at 71 Calea Bucuresti, Floor 1 Brasov, Romania claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 12 January 2021 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours 11 January 2021
