Notice is hereby given by the Administrator, Simon Weir of DSi Business Recovery, Ashfield House, Illingworth Street, Ossett, West Yorkshire WF5 8AL, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that I intend to declare a first dividend to the non-preferential creditors of the Company within 2 months of the last date for proving set out below.

The creditors of the Company are required, on or before 31 December 2017 ("the last date for proving"), to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned, Simon Weir of DSi Business Recovery, Ashfield House, Illingworth Street, Ossett, West Yorkshire WF5 8AL the Administrator of the Company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Joint Administrator to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved this debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt was proved.
