At a General Meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at 27 Charterhall Grove, Edinburgh, EH9 3HT on 15 September 2021 at 6.30 p.m., the following special and ordinary resolutions were duly passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, effective as at 6.30 p.m. on 15 September 2021 and that Richard Gardiner, of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, KY11 8PB, (IP No. 9488) be appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up”.
