At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory LLP, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ on 07 April 2017 at 2.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lila Thomas and David Acland, both of FRP Advisory LLP, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston PR1 3JJ, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them.” At a subsequent meeting of creditors, duly convened pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on the same day, the appointment of Lila Thomas and David Acland was confirmed.
