Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 30 September 2020, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“THAT the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

“THAT Derek Neil Hyslop and Jonathan Peter Sumpton of Ernst & Young LLP, 1 Bridgewater Place, Water Lane, Leeds LS11 5QR be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the joint liquidators may be done by either or both of them.”
