At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London, N20 0RA on 11 July 2019, the following resolutions were passed by the Members: 1 as a Special resolution and 2 as an Ordinary resolution.

Resolutions

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Kikis Kallis FCCA FABRP of Kallis & Company, Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London, N20 0RA, be appointed Liquidator of the Company"
