Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above named company are required, on or before 5 December 2018, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 to Liam Alexander Short of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 3 Waterhouse Square, 138 Holborn, London, EC1N 2SW, the Joint Liquidator of the said Company, appointed on 18 October 2018.

If so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidator, creditors must provide any document or other evidence which the Joint Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
