Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 4 September 2019, as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its businsess, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Raymond S Claughton (IP No. 1726) of Rushtons Insolvency Limited, 3 Merchants Quay, Ashley Lane, Shipley, West Yorkshire, BD17 7DB be appointed as liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
